Great place for the kiddos to deplete some energy but it's pricy. If your kids don't see any of their friends or make new friends, they can get bored pretty quickly. You can reuse the jump socks from prior visits so that should save a few dollars. Would be nice if the entrance was more secure. No system in place to check kids going out.

We've been coming here for years but stopped because it seemed a bit run down. We decided to revisit again, and to our surprise, it's been upgraded! Finally, they have additional seating! They also added small arcade and upgraded jumping areas. We try to visit at the opening to avoid crowds. I recommend filling out the waiver online before coming to save time.

Great place to have a birthday party. Staff was helpful and nice. Our party host was great, making sure we had all we needed. There were so many trampolines and different areas to jump. Definitely recommend this place.

We celebrate our son bday #6 party today for 15 kids,Jen was our host and she did a great job, she was communicative, friendly, fast and patient with all of us specially with the kids. The place was clean and they gave to us everything that we need for the party also they are in every detail, all the stuff did a great job. I recommend this place and the next year we will celebrate his bday here again, for sure!

My kids love it here! It's well kept, the staff is friendly, and just always a good time. We've also had birthday parties here and they've always been great. Definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with our party that we just had here. It was a great value for what you get-was so nice to not have to prepare too much and everyone we interacted with was very helpful and nice. The kids had a great time and the 2 hours flew by fast. We did the party on a Sunday evening and it ended up working out well because it was pretty quiet after 5.

We held out daughters 7th Birthday party at Altitude and it was wonderful. The hostess was very sweet, fun and caring. She was very attentive. The birthday girl and her friends had the best time! We do go to Altitude regularly so I wasn't surprised how great they were with our party because its the best place year round!

Went to my granddaughter's birthday party here. So much fun. We had the nicest birthday helper, he served the pizza to the kids, lit the candle on the birthday cake, and cut and served it. He made sure we had everything we needed including water, plates, forks and napkins. A big hit with the kids. I'd say it was an absolute success.
